Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Account Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while driving satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in account management will play a critical role in cultivating relationships and facilitating growth while working closely with internal departments to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, managing day-to-day operations.
  • Create detailed account plans to achieve growth and retention targets.
  • Proactively address and resolve any client issues or challenges.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies that align with customer goals.
  • Track account metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on offerings.
  • Lead client presentations and showcase products and services effectively.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to provide insights for the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role
