Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project lifecycle from ideation to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and document outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings to discuss project updates and align team members.
• Conduct resource planning and ensure the right talent is allocated to projects.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in project management, experience in IT preferred
