Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Consultant to join our Durban office. In this role, you'll provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning to a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for preparing tax returns, conducting tax research, and ensuring that all practices comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on tax implications of business transactions.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on tax processes.
• Draft reports and recommendations for clients based on tax analyses.
• Collaborate with other financial professionals to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Conduct risk assessments associated with tax planning strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Postgraduate Tax Qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in taxation or related field
