Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will analyze market trends, provide investment advice, and facilitate transactions, all while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive business development efforts.
• Utilize financial modeling techniques to assess investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transactions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investment decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related fields

Technical Skills

• Investment Research

Certifications

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
