Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for employee development. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that our HR policies are aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations to promote a fair and respectful workplace.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR processes and legal regulations.
  • Assist with payroll administration and compliance matters.
  • Support organizational change initiatives to promote growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure HR practices reflect the company’s core values and commitment to inclusivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
