Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and rectify any discrepancies in software applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform regression testing after changes to software applications.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing quality assurance processes.
• Provide feedback on product usability and functionality.
• Assist in the creation of user guides and documentation.
• Validate and verify software compatibility across various devices and platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance practices.
• Participate in training sessions to share knowledge with team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• ISTQB Certification: Holding an ISTQB certification would be advantageous.
