We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee the testing of our software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will involve developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with our development team to ensure timely problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for software releases, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
• Conduct integration testing to assess system interactions.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Mentor junior QA analysts, providing guidance on testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Analyze testing data to draw insights and drive process improvements.
• Maintain testing documentation and update it as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Qualifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) are highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA testing methodologies
