Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Lead project teams through various design phases.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
• Manage client relationships and address their design needs.
• Implement design modifications based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered with South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with sustainable building practices: Knowledge of green building certifications and energy-efficient design.
• Experience with project management software: Ability to use software tools for project tracking and reporting.
