Job Description

As a Microwave Engineer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and testing microwave components and systems for various applications. Your expertise in microwave theory and applications will be essential in maintaining and troubleshooting microwave systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive microwave system analysis.
• Lead projects involving microwave system design from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize design and functionality.
• Develop test plans and procedures for microwave components.
• Frequent communication with clients regarding project status and updates.
• Train junior engineers and technicians in microwave technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights into project development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications or a related field
• Professional certification in RF/microwave engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in microwave communications
