Job Description

Seeking an experienced Network Architect to enhance our growing team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for the architecture and design of complex network infrastructures, ensuring effective performance and reliability of connectivity solutions. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in network system management and an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend network policies and objectives to enhance performance.
• Facilitate network troubleshooting and rapid resolution of complex issues.
• Coordinate network systems integrations with third-party vendors.
• Oversee the configuration of firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Establish best practices for network monitoring and management.
• Present network architecture proposals to stakeholders for approval.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Network Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of substantial experience in a similar role
