Job Description

As a Wellness Coach at Wellness Enterprises, you will guide clients towards achieving their health and wellness goals. Your expertise will enable individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles, improve fitness levels and cultivate emotional well-being. A strong passion for wellness and experience in coaching are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' health history and set realistic goals.
  • Assist clients in tracking their progress towards their health objectives.
  • Develop group workshops focusing on prevalent wellness topics.
  • Create a supportive and inspiring environment for clients.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to help clients navigate challenges.
  • Work closely with dietitians and fitness trainers to provide a holistic approach.
  • Identify and implement technology tools to enhance client engagement.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field
  • Advanced certification in wellness coaching is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in holistic wellness coaching
