Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure golf club components using calibrated equipment.
• Document weight measurements and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze weight data and validate findings.
• Identify any inconsistencies in weights and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and calibrate weighing equipment to ensure precision.
• Communicate findings and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in weighing processes.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards governing golf equipment.
• Assist in training new staff on proper weighing techniques.
• Keep abreast of new technology in golf equipment manufacturing.

Requirements

Education

• Knowledge of golf club components and specifications

Experience

• Experience in a similar role or in golf club manufacturing is advantageous.
