Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Sandton team. In this role, you will oversee project teams, manage timelines, and ensure that your projects are delivered on time and on budget. Strong experience in project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement is crucial. You will also be instrumental in identifying risks and proposing solutions to maintain project flow, supporting the overall growth of our client relationships and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather project requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
