Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to enhance our team in Stellenbosch. In this role, you'll collaborate with architects to create innovative design proposals, ensuring project delivery meets our high standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive architectural drawings and details.
• Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and vision.
• Evaluate and select materials suitable for each project.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Draft reports on project status and potential issues.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure a collaborative approach.
• Assist in the management of project budgets and schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Site Management: Skills in overseeing construction sites and coordinating with contractors.
