Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate healthcare team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, conducting health assessments, and collaborating with physicians for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and monitor patients' health conditions.
  • Design and execute effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct and interpret diagnostic assessments.
  • Manage medication prescriptions and adjustments.
  • Provide collaborative care with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Offer health education and resources to patients and families.
  • Record clinical information accurately in patient files.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Master's in Nursing or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a primary care environment
