Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator in Pretoria who will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. You will liaise with various departments, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed as scheduled.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure project resources.
  • Track project performance and report on progress and deviations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
  • Provide administrative support to the project manager and team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • PMP certification is preferable
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination
