Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Johannesburg to lead our project initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan effectively, monitor progress, and adapt as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project deliverables.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout project execution.
• Evaluate project performance against established KPIs and metrics.
• Innovate project processes through latest methodologies in project management.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes.
• Analyze project performance data and report outcomes to senior management.
• Maintain a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing projects of varying complexity.
