Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate in Johannesburg. You will support clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality data collection and adherence to protocols, ultimately impacting patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessments and follow-up during studies.
• Review, edit, and maintain study documentation.
• Conduct training for site staff on study requirements.
• Act as a liaison between sponsors and sites, ensuring smooth operations.
• Track and manage study budgets and resources.
• Participate in audit readiness and inspections.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical research environments

Technical Skills

• Regulatory Compliance
• Electronic Data Capture (EDC)

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages
