Architect

Job Description

As an Architect with our firm, you will be responsible for conceptualising and developing architectural designs for various projects. Your role will include collaborating with stakeholders and clients to ensure designs meet both aesthetics and functionality, whilst adhering to project deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to refine architectural concepts.
• Utilize design software to produce accurate plans and 3D models.
• Review and approve project designs in compliance with regulations.
• Develop solutions to project challenges as they arise.
• Mentor junior architects and interns within the team.
• Ensure sustainability in all architectural designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in architecture or similar roles, with a strong portfolio.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
