Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. Your role will include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, managing medication therapy for patients, and consulting with healthcare providers to ensure optimal treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management consultations.
• Be involved in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and supply chain logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PharmD is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting

• Medication Therapy Management
• Pharmaceutical Compounding

• Leadership

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (SA)
• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient
