Job Description

The Motorcycle Subassembler will be instrumental in assembling and modifying various components of motorcycles. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and a passion for mechanics.

Responsibilities

  • Operative assembly tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Test assembled motorcycles to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.
  • Assist in other production areas as required when necessary.
  • Support quality control teams in inspections.
  • Help implement new assembly technologies or practices.
  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets.
  • Create and maintain assembly checklists for daily tasks.
  • Lead by example in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Advise management on parts or tool improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle assembly
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Motorcycle Components
  • Hand and Power Tools Proficiency
Soft Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent
