UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Designs Co., you will have the opportunity to design engaging and user-friendly interfaces. You will be involved in the entire design process from ideation to execution, conducting usability testing, and iterating based on user feedback to craft seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sprint workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Create user flows and wireframes to visualize user journeys.
• Perform usability testing and analyze results to inform design.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior design team members and share knowledge.
• Document design guidelines and maintain a design system.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing successful projects

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Experience designing for mobile-first applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG): Familiarity with best practices for creating accessible designs.
