Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to treatments.
  • Assist in surgical procedures when required.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Conduct patient rounds and report changes to management.
  • Participate in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support administrative tasks related to patient care.
  • Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
  • Engage in community outreach and health education programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is advantageous
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
