As an Industrial Engineer in our innovative manufacturing facility, you will lead projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Your background in process optimization and project management will help us deliver superior products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design layout of equipment and workspace for optimum efficiency.
• Monitor and assess project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop training programs for staff on new engineering processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposals to management.
• Participate in product development and improvement teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Operations Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in engineering roles within a manufacturing context
