Responsibilities
Monitor and uphold standards for all audio and video systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent downtime.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies.
Document and report all maintenance and repair work conducted.
Collaborate with technical and production teams during events.
Support the installation of new audio and video equipment.
Provide technical assistance during project planning phases.
Requirements
Education
