Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our building projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
• Establish project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Supervise site staff and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Engage in continuous improvement of processes and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records.
• Support business development initiatives through participation in project proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Additional management training is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management
