Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing property maintenance, tenant relationships, and regulatory compliance to ensure the properties operate smoothly and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of properties to ensure they are in good condition.
• Engage with tenants to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relevant records.
• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports.
• Administer tenant leasing processes, including renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with service providers.
• Market vacant properties and conduct viewings.
• Conduct regular property inspections for quality assurance.
• Facilitate effective communication between landlords and tenants.
• Handle tenant disputes and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
