Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project performance and match it against the project plan and objectives.
  • Implement project management best practices and ensure adherence across the team.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to develop project management skills.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Prepare and present project reports to top management.
  • Engage with third-party and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on software projects
