Job Description

We are in search of an Industrial Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial for optimising productivity while ensuring cost-efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for enhancement.
• Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal production methods.
• Design layouts for production facilities that enhance workflow.
• Work with quality assurance teams to develop and apply standards of product quality.
• Create cost analyses along with project budgets to track expenditures.
• Facilitate training programs to ensure all staff understand new processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
