Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions in Durban. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping HR policies, supporting talent management, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and policies.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Implement succession planning and talent management programs.
  • Drive change management initiatives effectively.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with current legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
