Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to spearhead our people initiatives at our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and facilitating training and development programs. Responsibilities

  • Create recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle the onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolutions.
  • Organize training workshops and staff development programs.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately.
  • Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze feedback from exit interviews to improve retention.
  • Assist in performance review and appraisal processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • HR certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years HR experience with a focus on recruitment and training
