We are on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Durban-based team. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design documents for testability.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on testing progress, results, and defect status.
• Ensure compliance with software quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and QA

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in performance testing: Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of security testing: Understanding of security principles and testing methodologies.
