Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will lead project planning efforts, coordinate resources, and manage stakeholder communication effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
  • Manage the project budget, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Prepare reports detailing project status, potential risks, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations from the project.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Address issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, finding effective solutions.
  • Encourage and promote a positive project culture and work environment.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the selection and management of project staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment
