Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining our development and operations processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools into existing workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Audit and ensure compliance of cloud environments.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource management.
• Coordinate with IT support for software and hardware issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field

Certifications

• Google Professional DevOps Engineer
