Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Health Services Manager to lead our healthcare initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, improving healthcare quality, and managing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of health programs and policies.
• Strategize to enhance patient experiences and operational effectiveness.
• Lead project management efforts for new healthcare projects.
• Conduct regular reviews of service delivery procedures.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships within the healthcare community.
• Advocate for patient rights and healthcare improvements.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and resource allocation.
• Gather and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare services management
