Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector at Tech Innovations, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of our products and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll work closely with production teams to identify issues and implement corrective measures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes and carry out inspections of products at various stages of production.
• Record inspection data and results, providing feedback on process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and enhance the quality of products.
• Support team members in understanding quality standards and expectations.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any safety concerns to the management promptly.
• Participate in regular quality assurance meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• National Diploma in Quality Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
