Project Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of projects in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You'll lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Utilize project management tools to track project deliverables.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each phase of the project.
• Handle project budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Act as the main point of contact for project inquiries and issues.
• Lead project governance meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Master’s degree in Project Management is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional in Project Management (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
