We are on the lookout for a dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Pretoria. This role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building sustainable relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and address queries.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance product visibility and accessibility.
  • Host informational sessions and workshops to educate healthcare providers about our offerings.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the product development team to report customer feedback.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist in designing marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Relevant sales or marketing qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
