• Analyze and improve the efficiency of production processes.
• Design workflow layouts and assess equipment requirements.
• Utilize statistical methods to optimize production quality.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement engineering solutions.
• Conduct time studies and assess resource utilization.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
• Monitor and report on project progress and efficiency gains.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and operators.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in process and quality engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing

Certifications
