Responsibilities

  • Support end-users with troubleshooting for hardware and software applications.
  • Manage ticketing system and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Provide support for network connectivity issues.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware.
  • Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support
