Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain activities in Cape Town. You will be instrumental in driving efficiencies in logistics, inventory, and procurement, while ensuring impeccable service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Optimize supply chain processes for increased efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline operations.
• Conduct cost analysis and reporting for supply chain expenses.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve operational performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics roles

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
