Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electroformer who will be essential in the electroforming process for various products. Your role will involve setting up and maintaining equipment, as well as ensuring quality control in the manufacturing process. This is a pivotal position where attention to detail and technical expertise are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure electroforming machinery for production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Document process controls and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
• Assist in training new hires on electroforming processes and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
• Identify, report, and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Work with quality control teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or manufacturing technology

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electroforming or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Electroforming Techniques
• CAD Software

Advantageous

• Understanding of post-electroforming processes: Knowledge of finishing processes like polishing and plating.
