• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Address patient concerns and provide reassurance.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship with patients for better health outcomes.
• Educate patients on medication management and side effects.
• Collaborate on case management with wider healthcare teams.
• Participate in patient safety and quality improvement projects.
• Document care and maintain accurate health records.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Additional certifications in specialized care are advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
