Responsibilities
Conduct patient intake, and record vital signs and medical history accurately.
Ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
Organize patient schedules and coordinate appointments.
Keep all medical records organized and up to date.
Support healthcare staff during patient examinations and minor procedures.
Deliver patient education and assist with inquiries related to health topics.
Conduct basic lab tests and collect specimens.
Manage administrative duties, including billing and claims.
Adhere to established protocols and compliance requirements.
Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Medical Assistance or equivalent qualification
Valid CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in primary care settings
