Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist and Information Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents for meetings.
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees when required.
  • Manage outgoing mail and packages.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for office processes.
  • Conduct basic IT troubleshooting for office equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Additional training in customer service or administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a receptionist role
