We are seeking a skilled Receptionist and Information Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of documents for meetings.
Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
Assist in the onboarding of new employees when required.
Manage outgoing mail and packages.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for office processes.
Conduct basic IT troubleshooting for office equipment.

Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
