Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect in Cape Town who is passionate about cloud technologies. In this role, you will architect robust cloud solutions, enhance operational efficiencies, and work in synergy with product management and technical teams to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on cloud architecture and design with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and training of internal teams on cloud technologies.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients on cloud-related solutions.
• Research emerging cloud technologies and assess their fit for the company.
• Establish benchmarks for performance and maintain operational protocols.

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines: Knowledge of creating automated deployment processes to enhance delivery and reliability.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes: Hands-on experience in deploying applications using container technologies for optimal resource management.
