Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to enhance our IT Support in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include maintaining servers, administering networks, and optimizing systems for performance. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of IT system maintenance and upgrades.
• Respond promptly to support requests and incidents.
• Develop and implement system monitoring tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all IT systems.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and improve services.
• Train users on new systems and software.
• Implement data protection measures to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with IT Management on project implementation.
• Ensure IT inventory is maintained and updated.
• Support the rollout of new technology solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration
