Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, offering guidance, and ensuring excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and manage customer support tickets.
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer feedback.
  • Resolve hardware and software setup issues for clients.
  • Document FAQs and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on user systems.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on tech trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent certification
  • Certificate in IT or Technical field preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years in help desk or call center environment.
