Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing complex systems, ensuring that our production processes are efficient, consistent, and cost-effective. The candidate must have a strong understanding of engineering principles and be able to apply them to real-world challenges, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to inform decision-making.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Support the development of process specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in budget planning and cost analysis for projects.
• Communicate findings with stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Facilitate workshops to drive team engagement in process improvement.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Establish metrics to track progress and make recommendations for adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering
