Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of e-commerce operations.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales.
• Develop customer retention strategies through personalized marketing.
• Engage with customers for feedback to continually improve their online experience.
• Work closely with product teams for inventory and stock management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Digital Marketing

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• PPC Advertising

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B Testing: Experience with conducting A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies.
